APPOINTMENTS
To ensure an appointment, it is best to schedule your appointment before leaving the salon. In order to best achieve exact appointment times, we ask you be punctual.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We certainly understand if an emergency arises, however if we do not receive a phone call and the appointment was ignored, there will be a service fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service, and a minimum fee of $10. We appreciate your consideration in this matter. We take great pride to adequately provide enough valuable time for your service and appreciate it being respected.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
Confirmation calls are made one working day before your scheduled appointment and are provided as a courtesy to remind our valued clients of the correct date and time of an appointment. It is not always possible to reach everyone, and we ask that you do not rely on our call as a reminder.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
The Ambiance team takes great pride in the quality of our services. If you are not completely satisfied, please call us within one week. All guarantees are null and void if we have not had the opportunity to correct any services within the two week guarantee period, or if we have not received immediate notification.
